Georges' Petshop was established in October 1968 by George and Hettie Vewas. The shop was started out of a passion for tropical and aquarium fish and quickly grew into a well loved treasure in the town of Carletonville.
After Georges' passing, Hettie continued to run this wonderful little shop until Corrie, Georges' daughter, expanded this little gem into the fabulous store that it is today.
They now offer far more than just fish and aquarium products, they also offer a full range of pet products as well as a choice selection of garden plants and trees.
Kobus, Corrie's husband, has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is always on hand with advice on how to care for your pets and plants.
